I have been a personal trainer for 12 years and have had wonderfully rewarding experiences working with clients from all ages with a wide range of health challenges: stroke, heart attack, broken neck, knee replacement, frozen shoulder, back surgery, and multiple sclerosis… just to name a few.
While helping each of my clients in their individual journey, I’ve also had the reward of developing great, life-long friendships. I’ve come to realize that we are not meant to live out our adventures on our own, but to share our quests with others. What greater contribution can we make to one another than to challenge each other to take our life to a new level of excellence? People need people!
As a personal trainer, I’m honored and privileged to earn the trust of my client/partners, and to accompany them in their quest toward whatever goals they have set for themselves. Finding purpose, discovering themselves—who they truly are—and learning how to accept and embrace that person fully (in the mind, emotions, and body). It is an exciting, fearful, and courageous adventure.
The only question is, “Are we willing to take it?”
It takes courage to embrace the idea that what you make of your life is up to you. Courage is learned in the moment that you take action! What inspires you to take action?
Adventure is the result of your willingness to live life with a spirit of enthusiasm. Adventure is any experience that takes you beyond your comfort level. Adventures are what make your blood race and your heart beat with anticipation as you expand beyond your limitation.
Be courageous and become the person you want to be: physically, emotionally, and mentally!”
I would love the opportunity to discuss your goals and how I might be able to partner with you to accomplish them. Why not get in touch today?View Rates & Popular Programs →
